About Amber

As a former high school and college athlete, Amber has always had a passion for fitness and athletics. However, it wasn’t until Amber had her third child that she realized fitness and a healthy lifestyle was her passion and she wants to share this passion and knowledge with other people. During Amber’s pregnancy she gained 100 plus pounds. Amber can relate and give life experiences to everyone she works with on how much hard work and dedication it takes to get the weight off, keep it off and be in better shape now than before having three kids. Amber also understands the busy lifestyles that people have along with struggles and road blocks. She knows the importance of finding time to exercise and eating healthy as well as overcoming hurdles that come up through the course of everyday living.
As an Instructor and a professional, Amber is very goal orientated and she takes satisfaction in helping her participants obtain results. Amber has seen the change that exercise and healthy living has brought to her life, and she wants others to experience the joy that dedication and motivation provides. Amber takes pride in her work and has an appreciation for a healthy well being. Amber knows that in order for people to be at their best and reach their goals, they need to have the proper tools to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Amber not only has the educational credentials to provide those tools, but she has the life experience that enhances that healthy mind set.

Jill's Classes

Sculpt & Flow

Jill's favorite type of workout revolves around low impact, small muscle movement type exercises that include yoga, pilates and barre. She enjoys these types of workouts because in a world of busy schedules and hectic lifestyles, these exercises offer a steadiness, control and mindfulness. She enjoys teaching at a&b because the culture at the studio is one of an overall healthy approach to one’s lifestyle.

Niki is a Bodyweight /Cardio enthusiast. She enjoys the variety a&b offers from Group Cycle to Bootcamp you can find her participating in classes when she isn’t teaching. Niki loves seeing the progression in her participants, getting stronger, healthier and pushing them to their limits (safely)!

Emily shares a passion in health and fitness, weight lifting has become a favorite. Emily enjoys challenging herself with TRX and in her Yoga practice. Emily enjoys teaching at a&b sharing the her passion of exercise and how its not only beneficial for you physically but mentally also.

Stacy enjoys a variety of exercises, strength training and HITT being a couple of her favorites. She is very excited to begin her journey as an exercise instructor at a&b. She is looking forward to helping others become more physcially fit and more importantly improving their overall health.

She is intrigued how she can use massage and exercise to aid in the recovery of a client when their body is not working properly. We achieve this with our clients through education and limiting the number of members to ensure we know everyone, know each of their goals, and have the time to commit to each individual.

Our Mission

A & B Fitness Concepts is dedicated to helping participants and clients achieve their personal fitness goals. We understand the struggles of being happy with your body as well as the physical and emotional wellness that goes with it. We offer group classes with a personal feel, small group personal training and one-on-one personal training all in a non-intimidating environment to fit your needs and comfort level. Participants are from all walks of life with one common goal; to challenge, motivate and provide them resources for success.
Our participants have a wide variety of physical abilities, age ranges and personal goals- weight loss, cardiovascular endurance, increased strength, flexibility and more. Everyone is welcome and classes are formatted to meet the needs and fitness levels of all participants. If you are a beginner or someone who has a current routine and looking to add some variety, these programs are for you.

Take a minute and write down five things that motivate you to live a healthy lifestyle. Place it somewhere you can read it each day and the goal is the list will help you stay on track.
