Jill's favorite type of workout revolves around low impact, small muscle movement type exercises that include yoga, pilates and barre. She enjoys these types of workouts because in a world of busy schedules and hectic lifestyles, these exercises offer a steadiness, control and mindfulness. She enjoys teaching at a&b because the culture at the studio is one of an overall healthy approach to one’s lifestyle.

Niki is a Bodyweight /Cardio enthusiast. She enjoys the variety a&b offers from Group Cycle to Bootcamp you can find her participating in classes when she isn’t teaching. Niki loves seeing the progression in her participants, getting stronger, healthier and pushing them to their limits (safely)!
Tone, Tighten & Strengthen
Emily shares a passion in health and fitness, weight lifting has become a favorite. Emily enjoys challenging herself with TRX and in her Yoga practice. Emily enjoys teaching at a&b sharing the her passion of exercise and how its not only beneficial for you physically but mentally also.
Stroops
Stacy enjoys a variety of exercises, strength training and HITT being a couple of her favorites. She is very excited to begin her journey as an exercise instructor at a&b. She is looking forward to helping others become more physcially fit and more importantly improving their overall health.
Prime Time
Jana and Candy enjoy inspiring everyone to get active and stay strong. What they love about instructing this class is seeing the major changes in posture, balance, coordination, agility, mobility, and strength.
Just Breathe Massage Therapy
Lindsay has always had a deeply rooted passion for massage and fitness. She is intrigued how she can use massage and exercise to aid in the recovery of a client when their body is not working properly. She loves how massage not only relaxes the body but the mind and nervous system through a relaxation massage.
