In Home

We understand how difficult it can be to schedule an appointment outside the home, find daycare and account for travel time. In home personal training can be a great time saver for you but still provide all the benefits of personal attention. Equipment needed can be as little as a mat and a pair of dumb bells or as much as an in home gym. Sessions are one hour in length.

In Studio

We offer in studio presonal training at both of our locations, Randolph & Sun Prairie. Individual Sessions are available upon request! You could also bring a friend and make it a partner/group session. See pricing on the right.
